We Want To Hear From You

Today is a very exciting day!! I am traveling to Chicago for the Wilbert Funeral Services annual Sales meeting, but while I am there I will be doing two sit down interviews for CDTV. The first interview I will be doing is with Tributes.com Vice President John Heald. John is speaking at the sales meeting on “Technology and The Funeral Industry”. I look forward to asking John about his presentation, Tributes.com, and he opinion of the state of the funeral industry.

The second interview I will be doing is with Rich Kizer and Georganne Bender from Kizer and Bender. Located just outside Chicago, Rich and Georganne will be traveling to meet me in the city, which I am very grateful for!! Kizer and Bender have done a number of keynote presentations at past NFDA conventions. They are merchandising gurus and have performed a number of funeral home case studies across the country. I am going to be asking Kizer and Bender about their case studies and what advise they can share with funeral homes regarding their merchandising techniques as well as displaying their products in the most effective way.
